FPSS telah berpindah ke kampus cawangan di Kuala Terengganu pada tahun 1996 dengan nama UPM Terengganu dan nama fakulti ditukar kepada Fakulti Sains Gunaan dan Teknologi.











Remote sensing can be defined as the collection of data about an object from a distance.

"Remote sensing is the science (and to some extent, art) of acquiring information about the Earth's surface without actually being in contact with it. This is done by sensing and recording reflected or emitted energy and processing, analyzing, and applying that information."

PSF200 Swimming and Water Safety. Swimming class are conducted at Maybank Sport Complex on every Monday and Wednesday evening. Saturday morning for those who need an extra lessons. The lessons are: Freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, floating, threading water, straddle jump, plunge-in, bottle jump (3m high), underwater swim (20m), recovery object.
